Now to the question "WHAT did you do all summer??"
I had a VERY busy summer. My summer consisted mainly of babysitting. And when I say babysitting, I mean like everyday! I also went on a mini vacation with my sister to Dorney Park. Took lots of pics (those on my FB knows that. HAHA). I also had my "down" time, like just chilling and staying up till 6AM and sleeping in till 11AM!
So yea, that was my summer. I am REALLY excited now that youth is starting back up. I cannot wait to see what I can learn this year. And plus I missed everyone!

Welllllll, this summer was pretty busy for me too. We had a Bible study here at the house, in which I got the chance to play games with the kids who came! We played kickball, wiffleball, soccer, big ball, and a bunch of other games.
ReplyDeleteMs.Becky and I did a study together on personal revival and are excited to see what God is going to do with our personal commitments to Him!
Let's see.....worked alot in the shop and at the farm across the road, planned the youth year, did some preaching at the York Rescue Mission, helped Ms.Becky plan and prepare for our homeschool year, get some firewood, fix the van, fix some stuff around the house, spent some time with family that came in from out of state, spent some evenings with the kiddos playing tag, swinging, riding bikes, and watching the Waltons together, and playing with Banjo. Oh...and we even went to River Valley Ranch together one Saturday afternoon..including Banjo!
Well, I think that covers it all in a nutshell. Sheeesh, makes me tired just thinking about it all again!

My summer was busy! Between geting things ready for this school year, canning things from the garden and my Moms Bible study things were hoping here!

ReplyDeleteI am really excited for the missions trip, retreat, Easter program, and capture the flag!!! I am also just as ecited for everything else too.
ReplyDeleteMy summer was mostly filled with scouts. I went on a week-long summer camp where I got to go kayaking, fishing, swimming, shotgun shooting, and basket weaving.
ReplyDeleteHey i found out how to make a blog...yayyy... This summer I hung out with my best friends, Went to a Skillet festival (which was AWESOME!!), and I did not do much of anything else. So yea, that's my summer. Lol.
